JobSight assists area employers find and prepare workers to fit their needs with services such as work experience, on-the-job training, and job fairs. 

On-the-Job Training (OJT)

OJT provides reimbursements to help compensate for the costs associated with training newly hired employees. Employers can apply directly for OJT funds below, or learn more about OJT here.

Customized Training

Customized training is used to meet the special requirements of an employer or group of employers, conducted with a commitment to employ all individuals upon successful completion of training.

Recruiting & Screening

JobSight can help recruit qualified employees through promotions, outreach, and job fair. Employers can also access services to screen potential employees during the hiring process.

Incumbent Worker Training

Incumbent worker training is targeted training to avert the need to lay off employees by assisting workers in obtaining the skills necessary to retain employment, allowing employers to retain a skilled workforce and stay competitive.  

Apprenticeships

JobSight can partner with local employers and training providers to develop apprenticeship opportunities that include workplace training and covers wages during the course of the apprenticeship.

Additional Partner Services

JobSight collaborates with several partner agencies to deliver additional services to employers across the region.
